♥What is a Forever Charm?
I call my little photo creations “Forever Charms” because they will last forever! They are waterproof & UV resistant. My Forever Charms have a lovely glass like shine, but will not crack or break like glass. I take your precious photographs & permanently seal them into the charms. So your photograph actually becomes part of the jewelry! A keepsake to treasure for all time!
♥How do I get my photograph to you?
You simply upload your photograph right there on the product page. Or if you like you may email me your image with your order number included. Please specify if you would like color or black & white for your forever charms. I can create a black & white image from a color photograph. For the best results, please be sure that your image is at least 300 dpi. If you are using a hard-copy photograph, you may send it to me via mail. Any hard-copy photographs will be returned to you with your completed order. Be sure to label the back of your photograph with your name, telephone number & order number. If you would like to use an heirloom photograph, please send a clear copy on photo paper or a scanned copy on CD. For Patricia Carolyn Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged photographs. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have. I am always more than happy to assist you!
♥What if my photograph is a group photograph, but I only want a certain person or persons to be used in my Forever Charm?
That is okay! Just send me an email explaining what you would like done, & I will crop out what needs to be cropped out in order to capture the individual person or persons you would like in your piece.

♥How long does it take to receive my order?
Since jewelry is handmade, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your order from the time that payment is received. For custom made pieces (all pure silver hand-sculpted pieces: photo jewelry, sentiment jewelry, name jewlery, pure silver jewelry etc.) please allow 3-6 weeks. In the event that you have a gift to give in a hurry, please let me know!

♥What is your return policy?
Since my Forever Charm jewelry, name jewelry and pure silver piece jewelry are custom made just for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on those. For all other items that are not photo jewelry, name jewelry or pure silver jewelry, may be exchanged or returned for a refund, less shipping & handling. All exchanges & returns must be received by Patricia Carolyn Designs within 7 days after they are delivered to customer. Exchanged & returned items must be in new & unused condition. If there are any defects you may return the jewelry for repair or replacement within 30 days, free of charge. Just send me any email or call me to let me know. Please keep in mind that the handmade silver pieces are one-of-a-kind & handmade, so any irregularities in the designs are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of the piece.
At Patricia Carolyn Designs, my customer’s happiness with my jewelry is extremely important. I take the utmost care in the creation of all my designs. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know & I will do my best to work with you.
♥How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece is hand crafted using only the finest pure silver & sterling silver. As with all sterling silver, the pieces will tarnish. I recommend using a special jewelry cleaning cloth. I like to use a jewelry cleaning cloth due to its gentle none abrasive nature.
♥Is gift wrapping available?
Every piece I create is placed into a soft little pink bag, & comes in a white box wrapped with darling pink ribbon. A sweet way to present that special gift for your loved ones, or yourself!
♥If there is something I have in mind, but I don’t see it on your site, may I contact you?
Absolutely! If you have a special idea for a design, please let me know & I will try my best to create it for you! I am sure together we can create what you have in mind!
♥Is my privacy protected?
Patricia Carolyn Designs does not give away, sell or trade any of our customer information. Our customers are extremely important to us & your privacy is valued & respected.
